Key Responsibilities

•Provide expert advice on CDM and H&S requirements in accordance with CDM regulations and client needs.
•Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing and new clients to gain confidence and become a trusted advocate.
•Represent Turner & Townsend in a professional and diligent manner, including meetings, negotiations, and timely client communication.
•Contribute to commissions and ensure alignment with client expectations and Turner & Townsend’s management system.
•Carry out H&S performance reviews, audits, and related activities on behalf of the client.

Key Requirements

•NEBOSH Construction Certificate
•NEBOSH Diploma Level (or equivalent)
•Full UK driving licence
•Knowledge and experience of the CDM Regulations
•Experience in the Construction Industry (diverse range of sectors)
