Key Responsibilities

•Define and manage the development plan for the EIS3 IPT, including structuring the development via PBS and WBS, and coordinating with Program Managers (platform client) to ensure contract compliance.
•Lead the development scenario to maximize engineering efficiency, and supervise cross-functional teams across HW, SW, and IVVQ&M disciplines.
•Oversee execution of development activities (management of schedule, cost, and quality) and represent engineering in business reviews.
•Prepare and organize internal and customer development reviews (Airbus) and participate in supplier development reviews; ensure product configuration management.
•Fulfill SCPM role for activities transferred to Diehl, coordinating with EDM/HwEM, SwEM, industrial leads, and PDA; communicate project progress to the client.

Key Requirements

•10 years of experience in aeronautical equipment development (HW, SW, product) and functional team management
•Proven mastery of industry certification standards (DO-178, DO-254, DO-160) and Airbus development standards (ABD0100)
•Significant industrial experience as industrial lead on a development project or as a production-ready product manager, with ability to implement Design for Production to meet FPY and cost targets
•Knowledge of display architecture or experience interfacing with display suppliers
•English language proficiency; German would be an asset
