Key Responsibilities

  • •Preventative Maintenance (PM)/Change Point Management (CPM)/System Maintenance: Follows standard operating procedures to ensure equipment/ processes/systems are running effectively.
  • •Troubleshooting: Conducts failure analysis and follows scripts to troubleshoot and anticipate future failures.
  • •Monitor Equipment/Process: Monitors equipment and processes in current state and proactively looks for ways to improve processes.
  • •Teamwork and Communication: Able to work well in a team environment and effectively communicate throughout organization.

Key Requirements

  • •Any 2-year technical certification (TTI, ITT, Trade Cert, HVAC, etc); 3+ ASE certs or 4 years Semiconductor Technician experience (no cert, passes test) or 4 years equivalent technical Military service
  • •Familiarity with SPC methods and implementation
  • •Highly capable in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
  • •Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to procedure changes
  • •Must have strong communication, teamwork, analytical and problem solving skills
