Key Responsibilities

•Lead cross-functional operational projects, coordinating timelines, priorities, owners, deliverables, and milestones.
•Analyze and optimize workflows, streamline business processes, and maintain SOPs and scalable operational procedures.
•Support implementation of AI-powered workflows and identify opportunities to improve productivity, reporting, and execution.
•Manage and optimize project management systems (including ClickUp) and build operational reporting dashboards and performance metrics.
•Serve as an operational bridge between marketing, leadership, operations, and technical teams to improve coordination and execution.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 2,500 - 3,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•4–8 years of experience in operations, consulting, project management, agency operations, or a related field.
•Experience leading cross-functional projects and operational initiatives.
•Experience improving business processes and organizational workflows in fast-paced environments.
•Strong project management and operational leadership skills.
