Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, administer, and continuously improve incentive compensation plans for all GTM roles, aligning plan mechanics with business strategy.
  • •Own quota and territory modeling end-to-end using data-driven targets with Sales Operations and Finance.
  • •Administer the commission lifecycle, including plan delivery, commission calculations, payout validation, dispute resolution, and coordination with Payroll and Accounting.
  • •Partner with FP&A and Accounting to build forecasting models and support commission accruals, ASC 606/ASC 340 considerations, and audits.
  • •Collaborate with Engineering & IT to build and iterate on Coder’s homegrown commission platform, translating plan design into system logic and reporting dashboards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 225,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of progressive experience designing, administering, or operating sales compensation in a SaaS or software company.
  • •Hands-on experience translating business objectives into incentive compensation plan mechanics.
  • •Strong financial modeling skills, including multi-scenario comp modeling and presenting tradeoffs.
  • •Deep understanding of the commission lifecycle, including plan design, quota setting, calculation, payments, accruals, and audit.
  • •Comfort partnering on or owning commission tooling, including writing business requirements, validating system logic, and QA-ing outputs.
