Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead DT project execution across classified and unclassified environments using Agile and/or Waterfall.
  • •Plan and deliver DT scope for enterprise programs and site initiatives, including facilities and Real Estate/Project Delivery components.
  • •Maintain intake, scheduling, tracking, and reporting using Planview and Jira roadmaps within REPM; provide transparent status and forecasts.
  • •Own scope, schedule, budget, stakeholder engagement, and change control; enforce quality gates and readiness criteria.
  • •Manage EVMS/CAM, KPIs, staffing, executive-level reporting, and compliance with DFARS, CMMC, RMF, and JSIG through partnership with relevant teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 8+ years relevant experience (or 5+ with an advanced degree).
  • •Active U.S. Secret clearance with eligibility for special access; U.S. citizenship required.
  • •Experience managing budgets, resources, and suppliers using Agile and/or Waterfall methodology.
  • •Experience with cost, schedule, and risk management and leading mitigation for risks and dependencies.
  • •Experience deploying and managing complex DT scope across multiple stakeholders, including leadership as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Technical Project Manager.
