Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the engineering scope and technical execution of EPC projects to meet contractual deliverables and quality requirements.
  • •Develop and implement project procedures, including the Project Execution Plan (MOPEX), DOR matrix, and coordination procedures.
  • •Direct and coordinate with engineering/design leads; communicate project requirements and ensure effective cross-discipline communication.
  • •Control cost, schedule, quantity, and budget; manage change effectively and proactively.
  • •Supervise project engineers/discipline leads as assigned, prepare engineering documentation and reports, coordinate third-party interfaces, and lead orderly handover and closeout.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.

  • •Experience in international projects and multi-office (MOPEX) execution.
  • •Able to read and understand contractual documentation and solve complex project engineering problems.
