Job Summary

Join DP World in Tilburg to help shape the warehouse of the future by delivering continuous improvement initiatives, supporting engineering and project management for small-to-medium improvement projects, and enabling data‑driven decisions. You’ll conduct research, data collection, testing, and documentation to deliver reliable, well‑designed engineering solutions in a fast-paced logistics environment, collaborating with the Engineering team to meet quality, safety, and performance standards.

Job Function: Industrial, Process & Manufacturing Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver continuous improvement initiatives focused on logistics and warehouse processes
•Support Engineering and Project Management activities for small to medium-sized improvement projects
•Conduct research, data collection, testing, and analysis to support engineering designs and initiatives
•Assist with the preparation of technical drawings, specifications, reports, and project documentation
•Collaborate with the Engineering team to ensure outputs meet customer expectations and internal quality, safety, and performance requirements

Key Requirements

•Understanding of process design, including method definition, capacity analysis, and implementation through concept sign-off
•Knowledge of Lean principles and a proactive, continuous improvement mindset (experience with ISO 9001 change management is an advantage)
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions
•Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling strong stakeholder engagement
•Experience managing stakeholder and customer expectations in demanding operational environments
