Job Function: Industrial, Process & Manufacturing Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver continuous improvement initiatives focused on logistics and warehouse processes
  • •Support Engineering and Project Management activities for small to medium-sized improvement projects
  • •Conduct research, data collection, testing, and analysis to support engineering designs and initiatives
  • •Assist with the preparation of technical drawings, specifications, reports, and project documentation
  • •Collaborate with the Engineering team to ensure outputs meet customer expectations and internal quality, safety, and performance requirements

Key Requirements

  • •Understanding of process design, including method definition, capacity analysis, and implementation through concept sign-off
  • •Knowledge of Lean principles and a proactive, continuous improvement mindset (experience with ISO 9001 change management is an advantage)
  • •Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions
  • •Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling strong stakeholder engagement
  • •Experience managing stakeholder and customer expectations in demanding operational environments
