Key Responsibilities

  • •Own customer engagements end-to-end, from problem framing to delivering solutions with real commercial impact alongside customer teams.
  • •Apply and adapt frontier ML, forecasting, and optimisation techniques (increasingly agentic AI) to problems without textbook answers.
  • •Turn on-the-ground learnings into product direction so each engagement improves core capabilities for future customers.
  • •Operate autonomously across stakeholders (data scientists to customer executives) and make judgment calls to get things shipped.
  • •Stay at the edge of applied AI and bring new capabilities back to the team.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong track record applying ML/data science to real-world commercial problems, ideally in forecasting, optimisation, or supply-chain/pricing.
  • •Ability to own outcomes on ambiguous problems and drive them to results without waiting for next steps.
  • •Fluent programming in Python and SQL, with the ability to learn whatever a problem demands.
  • •Excellent communication skills, including explaining complex models to non-technical stakeholders.
  • •Comfort with ambiguity and direct customer contact, in a fast-paced team that ships.
