SENIOR PROPERTY AND LIABILITY UNDERWRITER (Milan, IT, 20145)

Develop and execute Property & Liability risk strategy for the Italian market, based in Milan and reporting to the Property Team Leader. Ensure compliance with underwriting authority, pricing and rating guidelines, steer the local portfolio to financial targets, and review end-to-end underwriting performance. Partner with Sales, Risk Consulting, Claims and other product lines to drive cross-selling and support new/modified products, while also advising selected agents on business acquisition and retention.
