Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure underwriters comply with underwriting authority, pricing and rating guidelines.
  • •Steer and control the local portfolio to achieve financial targets.
  • •Liaise with functional areas to review performance across the end-to-end underwriting life cycle.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Engineering or Economics or Law.
  • •9–15 years proven underwriting experience in profitable Property business, including PD/BI and Theft & Liability, for corporate clients.
  • •Preference for experience with multinational clients.
  • •Proven leadership skills.
  • •Expertise in risk assessment and a firm understanding of the policy administration life cycle.
