Job Summary

As an Elektroniker:in/Elektriker:in for conveyor systems and mine shafts, you will monitor and control Förderanlagen in manual and automated operation starting 01.09.2026 in Rheinberg. You analyze and resolve simple operating faults, perform visual checks of all components, and coordinate with the control station underground and the mill control room. You also ensure compliance with the mining regulations for shaft and incline conveyors (BVOS) while working shifts and on weekends/holidays.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor and control conveyor systems in manual and automated operation.
•Analyze and fix simple operating faults to ensure smooth processes.
•Visually inspect all components of the conveyor equipment.
•Coordinate with the underground control station and the mill control room.
•Comply with the BVOS rules for shaft and incline conveyor systems.

Key Requirements

•Completed training as Elektroniker:in / Elektriker:in or an equivalent electrotechnical qualification.
•Alternative: training as Industriemechaniker:in or Mechatroniker:in with several years of professional experience with conveyor machines and shaft systems.
•Ideally, qualification as Fördermaschinist:in.
•Ability to work safely at elevated workplaces (Höhentauglichkeit).
•Willingness to work weekends/holidays and to take shift duty; minimum age 21 per BVOS.
