•Proactively evaluate and mitigate business risks and opportunities to service, deepen, and retain profitable customer relationships.
•Own primary responsibility for credit quality and monitoring, including risk rating new credits and updating risk grades.
•Complete underwriting quality and portfolio administration, and maintain ongoing credit quality for the assigned portfolio.
•Present proposed credit actions in written analysis and verbally to the Senior Loan Committee; conduct portfolio reviews and mentor credit analysts/credit-related teams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree.
•3+ years of relevant experience in Commercial Banking.
•Formal credit training.
•Proven, in-depth knowledge of credit products, risk assessment, and debt structuring.
