Job Summary

Support daily executive operations for the Strategic Planning and Institutional Excellence office, helping implement strategic planning systems, institutional performance, operational planning, and institutional initiatives aligned with Dubai Government priorities. Coordinate updates to institutional and sector strategies and operating plans, track initiative progress and variance, maintain KPI data quality, manage performance/plans on Cubes, and produce institutional performance and improvement reports, including support for government excellence program participation.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide daily executive support to the Strategic Planning and Institutional Excellence office to implement strategic planning, institutional performance, operational planning, and institutional initiatives.
•Support updates to institutional strategy, sector strategies, and operating plans in coordination with relevant organizational units.
•Track development and execution of strategic initiatives and projects, including progress percentages, variances, and periodic follow-up reports.
•Maintain and update performance and initiative data on Cubes and other approved systems, ensuring KPI data quality, accuracy, and regular updates.
•Prepare and analyze institutional performance reports and support units in preparing improvement and enhancement plans; contribute to excellence program participation materials.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in strategic management, business administration, public administration, project management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
•3–5 years of hands-on experience in strategic planning and/or institutional performance management and/or following strategic initiatives.
•Experience preparing and monitoring strategic and operational plans.
•Experience developing and monitoring KPIs and preparing executive performance reports.
•Experience using performance management systems such as Cubes (or similar) and familiarity with Dubai Government Excellence program methodologies.
