Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide daily executive support to the Strategic Planning and Institutional Excellence office to implement strategic planning, institutional performance, operational planning, and institutional initiatives.
  • •Support updates to institutional strategy, sector strategies, and operating plans in coordination with relevant organizational units.
  • •Track development and execution of strategic initiatives and projects, including progress percentages, variances, and periodic follow-up reports.
  • •Maintain and update performance and initiative data on Cubes and other approved systems, ensuring KPI data quality, accuracy, and regular updates.
  • •Prepare and analyze institutional performance reports and support units in preparing improvement and enhancement plans; contribute to excellence program participation materials.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in strategic management, business administration, public administration, project management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • •3–5 years of hands-on experience in strategic planning and/or institutional performance management and/or following strategic initiatives.
  • •Experience preparing and monitoring strategic and operational plans.
  • •Experience developing and monitoring KPIs and preparing executive performance reports.
  • •Experience using performance management systems such as Cubes (or similar) and familiarity with Dubai Government Excellence program methodologies.
