Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate and support new policy and client service processes for the Relationship Manager.
•Assemble pre-sale meeting preparation materials (illustrations, policy/product summaries, reports, presentations, marketing packets).
•Perform insurance underwriting-related tasks, including preparing and completing applications and following up during underwriting.
•Process client/policy service requests such as address, beneficiary/ownership changes, premium mode, dividend options, and policy changes.
•Maintain client data accuracy in MOSAIC and manage client-facing office operations (calendar scheduling, visitor registration, and client communications).

Key Requirements

•High school diploma required.
•1-3 years of customer service experience preferred.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills (email, memos, telephone).
