Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact to resolve client issues across simple to more complex accounts
  • •Coordinate sale vehicle run processes and communicate with auction departments to manage inventory movement and reconditioning completion
  • •Inspect vehicles, complete reconditioning estimates, coordinate/approve services, and conduct condition reports and imaging audits
  • •Educate clients on auction processes and recommend or upsell Manheim/CAI products and services based on client needs
  • •Maintain Cox reconditioning standards and SLAs, comply with PII policies, and support redemptions and required documentation

Key Requirements

  • •2-3+ years of experience, with at least 2 years in the automotive industry

  • •Ability to handle multiple tasks and work with minimal supervision; excellent verbal and written communication
