Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver vehicles straight to customers’ doors using custom car haulers, with training provided.
  • •Frequently load/unload vehicles and inspect the hauler/vehicle to ensure safe to drive.
  • •Complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes into the customer tracking system.
  • •Consistently drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
  • •Maintain a clean and professional presence while performing deliveries in indoor/outdoor conditions, including potentially adverse weather.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • •Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license.
  • •Pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card; this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
  • •Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs and walking/standing for extended periods.
