Job Summary

Partner with Executive members across Commercial, Marketing and Finance from Sydney HQ as a senior HR Business Partner and second-in-command within People & Culture. Own people strategy and annual planning, lead end-to-end priority HR projects and organizational effectiveness initiatives, and shape talent, succession and capability decisions. Drive change through governance, stakeholder engagement, and adoption while connecting HR insights to growth, performance, and financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the people strategy and annual plan for Commercial, Marketing and Finance aligned to global/local principles and growth priorities.
•Operate as a trusted advisor to Executive members by challenging constructively and shaping organisation choices.
•Lead end-to-end priority People & Culture projects and pillars, including governance, stakeholder engagement and execution.
•Own talent for the function, enabling decisions on talent, succession, leadership, culture, organisation design and workforce investment.
•Lead organisation effectiveness priorities (design, simplification, productivity, role clarity and ways-of-working) through adoption of change initiatives.

•Proven senior HRBP experience partnering Executive members and senior leadership teams in a complex, matrixed environment.
•Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect people strategy to growth, customer, brand and financial outcomes.
•Deep generalist capability across talent, organisation effectiveness, culture, leadership, performance and change.
•Experience leading end-to-end people projects or strategic HR pillars with measurable business impact.
•Understanding of the Australian employment landscape, people risk and ER matters, with confidence using HR systems and analytics (e.g., Workday, LMS, Power BI).
