Job Summary

Own the voice of the client for SAP Enterprise Cloud Services engagements, serving as the main point of contact and escalation point. Lead and coordinate customer account activities with internal teams and partners, ensuring contractually agreed services are delivered on time while processing change requests. Drive proactive service delivery and reactive support, run governance/status meetings, and report service levels and business impact. Support cloud transformation and onboarding toward SAP Cloud solutions, including S/4HANA adoption.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive the cloud transformation agenda with client stakeholders to ensure adoption of S/4HANA and cloud standardization.
•Lead and coordinate customer engagements across internal and external stakeholders, including SAP Services, product support, ECS partners, and customer system integrators/hosting partners.
•Manage proactive delivery of service plans and reactive support requests while processing contract change requests in a timely manner.
•Perform administrative tasks to run the engagement (staffing, reporting, controlling) and host governance/status meetings with customers and stakeholders.
•Manage end-to-end engagement outcomes including commercial responsibility (costs/profitability), customer reporting, invoicing, and de-escalating critical situations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred in Business Administration, Computer Science, Technical Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
•Knowledge of SAP’s cloud business, cloud and hybrid infrastructure, and cloud operation processes.
•Strong SAP technology stack expertise including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, NetWeaver, and SAP Basis administration.
•Experience with SAP HANA and enterprise databases (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2), plus understanding of virtualized system landscapes.
•Minimum 4+ years of experience in project management or SAP operations and customer-facing roles; minimum 4 to 6 years managing service engagements for multiple clients.
