Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Commissioning Manager and Principal Commissioning Engineer with preparation of home office deliverables.
  • •Participate in site walk-down inspections, punch listing, and testing, including troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and instrument issues.
  • •Develop and maintain commissioning deliverables including manuals, spares, first fills/consumables, commissioning and start-up procedures, and equipment checks and tests.
  • •Perform and participate in commissioning, start-up, and performance testing; resolve operational and maintenance issues during testing.
  • •Supervise craft personnel and coordinate activities with engineers and client teams to maintain positive relationships.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, preferably with an engineering degree or diploma.
  • •8–15 years of oil and gas experience with a major contractor or consultant.
  • •Minimum 5 years in a chemical, refinery, or oil & gas processing facility.
  • •Prefer 2+ years of commissioning and start-up experience in chemical, refinery, or oil & gas industries.
  • •Strong communication and computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), with willingness to travel to international construction sites.
