Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and implement the Project Quality Management Plan (QMP).
  • •Ensure construction activities comply with project specifications, contractual requirements, approved procedures, and applicable quality standards.
  • •Perform required quality inspections (including FOK/installation/PUE) and lead QA/QC inspections, audits, surveillance, and quality assurance reviews.
  • •Escalate and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), corrective and preventive actions, and monitor NCR status, recurring issues, and quality trends.
  • •Review and monitor Inspection & Test Plans and quality records, monitor quality performance/KPIs, and coordinate with contractors/consultants/vendors to resolve quality issues through testing, commissioning, handover, and final acceptance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • •Strong QA/QC management experience on major construction or capital projects.
  • •Experience in hyperscale data centers, mission-critical facilities, infrastructure, EPC, or PMC environments.
  • •Practical implementation of ISO 9001 quality management systems and Quality Management Plans.
  • •Extensive experience with inspections, ITPs, audits, quality documentation, compliance management, and reviewing/closing/escalating NCRs.
