Support financial management for the Hong Kong Airport store under a limited contract, handling accounting, tax, and management reporting in line with local laws and Hermès Group standards. Implement internal controls, manage SAP-based processes, and ensure accurate reconciliation of daily sales, cash, and intercompany transactions within a collaborative finance team.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain regular booking of accounting entries and reconciliations (credit card sales, supplier vouchers, bank reconciliation)
•Handle daily vendor invoice checking and payment
•Handle inter-group invoicing and reconciliation in SAP
•Assist in cycle counts and stock take as directed by the manager
•Assist month-end/year-end closing and reporting

Key Requirements

•Bachelor or above in Accounting or equivalent
•At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
•Experience in SAP is highly preferable
•Fluent in English and Chinese
•Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel
