Job Summary

Ensure the timely flow of materials through the warehouse and dockyard to support ship maintenance activities. You’ll handle receiving, shipping, requisitions, inventory control (including cycle counting and stocktaking), and accurate updates in the Inventory Management System. Operate material handling equipment (forklifts and delivery vehicles), maintain warehouse reports and registers, and help implement improved SAP functionality while supporting compliance with hazardous goods, ISO requirements, and defense regulations.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute logistic activities to provide an uninterrupted flow of goods and services required by the organization.
•Manage receiving and shipping: verify and inspect incoming material/documentation, process receipts, track shipments, and prepare outgoing freight with required documentation and labeling.
•Perform inventory control including requisitions, issuing/picking/packaging/moving material, locating/storing inventory, cycle counting, and stocktaking.
•Maintain accurate and timely data entry in the Inventory Management System and generate warehouse reports/registers/record keeping.
•Operate delivery vehicles and material handling equipment (MHE), support continuous improvement, and help implement improved SAP functionality for logistic efficiencies.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in warehouse/logistics activities within a logistics environment.
•Proven warehouse and logistics experience in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.
•Experience using SAP or another Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, plus proficiency with MS Office Suite.
•Knowledge of U.S. ITAR and the Canadian Export and Import Permits Act.
•Ability to obtain a Canadian NATO Secret clearance and meet Canadian Controlled Goods Registration Program eligibility requirements.
