Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet customers and assist them at the airport/ticket area, including queueing lines based on departure times and assistance type.
  • •Help customers with self-service kiosk check-in and kiosk baggage processing (e.g., printing boarding passes/receipts).
  • •Service and maintain kiosk machines and troubleshoot kiosk technology issues, coordinating with IT when additional servicing is needed.

Key Requirements
