Key Responsibilities

  • •Own all aspects of the team, technology, and tooling that onboard and activate merchant relationships across Shopping product experiences.
  • •Work directly with engineering in an individual contributor and cross-functional leadership capacity to design and build consumer incentive and reward experiences.
  • •Manage day-to-day operations and engineering execution for directly owned and supporting teams to iteratively launch and test new experiences.
  • •Operate autonomously with data and market-backed judgment from ideation through to launch.
  • •Own business cases, prioritization, and monitoring for product experiences using SQL, Excel, and financial modeling to drive investment decisions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 245,100 - 279,800 annually
