Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with customer and supplier teams across different time zones.
  • •Run monthly SIOP supply planning reviews and coordinate with SIOP, Customer Support, Sourcing, and Logistics.
  • •Issue timely POs to vendors, follow up for order confirmations, and coordinate delivery status and expediting for critical orders.
  • •Manage open purchase order and shortage reporting, ensuring service levels and inventory targets are met using planning metrics.
  • •Maintain material master data and metrics (e.g., OTTR, OTFP, Inventory DOS, ITR), perform root-cause analysis for service issues, and drive continuous improvement/kaizens.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in operations management, supply chain management, or a relevant field.
  • •Minimum 4 years of experience in supply planning, operations planning/scheduling, materials management, or manufacturing materials.
  • •Experience working with SAP is required (SAP MM / SAP ERP MM).
  • •Experience in Sales & Operating Planning (S&OP/SIOP) process environment is preferred.
  • •Strong data and analytical skills with Excel; excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written).
