  • •Manage close workflows, task tracking, and balance sheet reconciliations within Numeric to improve close efficiency and transparency.
  • •Oversee corporate card transactions, employee expense reimbursements, and accounts payable workflows using Ramp.
  • •Reconcile subscription billing, SaaS metrics, and payment gateway transactions within Maxio.
  • •Maintain equity transaction records, stock-based compensation schedules, and capitalization table reporting in Carta, ensuring US GAAP compliance and supporting audits and tax filings.

Key Requirements

  • •Active CPA license (required).
  • •3+ years of progressive general ledger accounting experience, ideally in a fast-paced technology or high-growth SaaS environment.
