Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer macOS, Windows (10/11), Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, and endpoint management (Intune, Jamf Pro) to reduce manual administration.
  • •Support hybrid networking and security, including VPNs, firewalls, DNS/DHCP, VLANs, and maintaining HIPAA/HITRUST/NIST compliance with EDR/XDR telemetry.
  • •Build monitoring and reliability capabilities, including automated monitoring pipelines, self-healing runbooks, and AI-assisted incident response workflows.
  • •Design and deploy AI-powered automation workflows and MCP-based integrations, including ticket triage, access provisioning, patch scheduling, and LLM-driven IT operations.
  • •Provide Tier 3 support for infrastructure escalations, document changes in a version-controlled knowledge base, and participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in systems engineering or systems administration owning complex hybrid cloud environments.
  • •Hands-on implementation of AI tools or LLM-powered workflows in an IT operations context, including prompt engineering, API integration, or agent orchestration.
  • •Working knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP), including MCP server structure and exposing IT capabilities via MCP endpoints.
  • •Strong REST API fluency (with Python, PowerShell, or equivalent) with version control and documentation practices.
