Coordinator - Distribution Systems & Inventory

Partner with warehouse teams to investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies between physical counts and warehouse/inventory systems for retail, wholesale, and e-commerce partners. Own inventory transfer processing to balance stock and ensure system transactions match physical moves, including merchandise on loan tracking. Drive cycle counts and bi-annual inventory preparation, reconcile discrepancies, and review vendor receiving issues by filing claims and system movements. Support inventory-related peak activities as needed.
