Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership as the chief engineer and technical authority for EW system design and implementation within the program scope, guiding system, sub-system, and algorithm development.
  • •Coordinate across engineering disciplines to ensure requirements are properly defined, captured, and executed, maintaining architectural alignment with program goals.
  • •Collaborate with production, maintenance, sustainment, and field operations to improve usability, reliability, and performance, while enabling integration onto new platforms.
  • •Work with Portfolio Chief Engineer/Architect to align product architecture and program deliverables with the technology roadmap and standardize engineering practices.
  • •Mentor and lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects and technical milestones (Concept Review, SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR), and travel as required.

Salary: USD 166,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with Electronic Warfare systems utilizing Software Defined Radios
  • •Experience with designing, developing, and testing hardware with FPGA, ARM, x86, and GPU compute architectures
  • •Deep understanding of Electronic Support Measures (ESM) and Electronic Counter Measures (ECM) architecture—Digital Signal Processing, Model & Simulation, SW/FW-techniques, RF/EE/Antenna design
  • •Deep experience with Integration & Test (I&T) of RF based hardware systems in a lab or field environments
  • •Experience with leading and coordinating cross-functional engineering teams
