Turnaround Cost Controller

Own turnaround cost planning, tracking, forecasting, and reporting for refinery and petrochemical shutdown (TAR) events at the Deer Park site. Provide financial oversight across labor, materials, equipment, contractor services, and committed costs, supporting budgeting, variance analysis, accruals, and month-end close. Coordinate with turnaround management, project controls, procurement, finance, maintenance, and contractors to deliver accurate cost information and successful closeout and audits.
