Lead Aon’s Private Risk Management practice for an assigned territory, overseeing a team of client-facing Account Executives and supporting Broker Specialists. •Oversee assigned territory and manage a team of Account Executives and supporting Broker Specialists.
•Deliver superior client service and uphold service standards.
•Drive new revenue growth by developing internal and external referral sources for new client acquisitions.
•Develop Aon IQ to increase cross-sell opportunities across teams and departments.
•Maintain strong relationships with insurance carrier partners and support large client renewal processes.

Key Requirements

•Property & Casualty Broker’s License required.
•7 to 10 years of experience in private client, personal lines insurance and risk management.
•5 to 10 years of experience managing and motivating people and teams.
•Appropriate insurance designations such as CPCU, CIC, CPRM, CPRIA, CAPI or ARM completed or in process (preferred).
•Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to use carrier management platforms and Aon software tools.
