Provide an exceptional client sales and service experience at branch locations by consulting small business customers on bank products and services, including digital banking. Grow and maintain a consumer/business lending referral pipeline through outbound calls, networking, and presentations. Process account requests and routine transactions, assist branch lending by completing loan applications and documentation, and ensure compliance with policies, security, and government regulations while resolving client issues promptly.
