Key Responsibilities

•Build a forward-looking view of the French advertising market (trends, regulations, competitive landscape, and partner dynamics) to identify long-term growth opportunities.
•Partner with FP&A and Finance & Strategy to lead France long-term annual planning, including market sizing, targets, investment cases, and pricing/deal strategy.
•Support business cases for major French initiatives with structured analysis and clear narratives.
•Monitor and interpret industry trends, competitive dynamics, customer behaviors, and regulatory shifts to anticipate changes and translate them into strategic recommendations.
•Drive monetization and yield analysis, support pricing and deal decisions, develop standardized reporting for trading and business reviews, and act as the primary Finance & Strategy counterpart for French Sales leadership and cross-functional partners.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience, ideally in management consulting, media strategy, or ad-tech (or equivalent relevant experience).
•Good knowledge of the streaming advertising and ad-tech ecosystem, including programmatic and SSP/DSP relationships and auction dynamics (plus).
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to structure ambiguous problems, build financial models, size opportunities, and synthesize insights.
•Experience influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
•Proficiency in French and English (written and verbal), plus the ability to build executive-ready strategy materials (memos and leadership decks).
