Key Responsibilities

  • •Support installation and integration of products and user systems onboard naval vessels as part of an installation team.
  • •Troubleshoot shipboard problems, determine causes, and develop and implement corrective actions for military ship data network systems.
  • •Assist customers with operation and maintenance by interpreting support data and providing technical and operational product data.
  • •Provide technical on-the-job and informal sailor training and serve as the on-site liaison between the company and customer personnel.
  • •Support modification and upgrade of system assets, including implementation of engineering changes and contractor modifications.
