Controls Team Leader-B Line

Provide leadership and technical oversight for a team of Controls Technicians who install, program, commission, and service building automation systems. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and customers to deliver high-quality execution, adhere to project requirements, and ensure exceptional system performance. Lead troubleshooting, review diagnostics and commissioning reports, validate documentation, and maintain safety and company standards while driving continuous improvement.
