LN Concerts, Accounting Manager

Oversee accounting and control for the Live Nation Concerts division, managing month-end close, period close submissions, and consolidation support for reporting packages. Lead preparation and review of general ledger entries, balance sheet schedules, variance analytics, and regional/divisional balance sheet reviews. Ensure GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, partner with internal and external auditors, and help coach and manage a central accounting team.
