Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead delivery for customer-facing programs by owning cost, schedule, quality, contractual compliance, and milestone execution.
  • •Establish closed-loop requirements management connecting customer feedback to engineering design inputs and maintaining alignment to user requirements.
  • •Ideate and propose new development programs to DoD/DOE sponsors and support proposal/contract acquisition by drafting technical and interface requirements and performance justifications.
  • •Perform market/use-case analysis and CONOPS research to develop internal technical roadmaps for specific deployments and customer mission needs.
  • •Lead and contribute to system architecture and interface specifications, incorporating business considerations and cost-benefit tradeoffs across design, integration, and delivery.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (mechanical, aerospace, nuclear, systems, etc.), physics, or applied science.
  • •3+ years of experience in complex, safety-critical or defense/aerospace programs with accountability for cost, schedule, and technical performance.
  • •Strong engineering and physics fundamentals, particularly in thermodynamics, energy systems, aerospace, and engineering economics, with systems-level thinking.
  • •Systems engineering proficiency with agile best practices and demonstrated cross-disciplinary systems thinking.
  • •Strong communication and technical writing skills, linking technical choices to commercial outcomes.
