Job Summary

Senior FP&A Analyst responsible for planning, reporting, and performance analysis to support decision-making. You will prepare monthly results, assist with forecasts and budget, develop reports, and create dashboards, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve data reliability and financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare monthly results analysis, including P&L review, variances (vs. budget, forecast, and prior year), and key drivers.
•Support the preparation and updates of Forecasts and Annual Budget in alignment with internal stakeholders and corporate guidelines.
•Develop local and corporate reports ensuring accuracy and data quality.
•Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support leadership and business teams
•Create and enhance dashboards and management reports (Excel, Power BI or internal tools).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or related fields.
•Previous experience in FP&A, Controlling, Financial Analysis or similar areas.
•Strong understanding of financial analysis and P&L interpretation.
•Advanced Excel skills.
•Advanced English (written and verbal).
