SBU Material Control Process Leader

Lead optimization of material management and inventory control to support seamless factory flow and improved customer experience. Drive continuous improvement and lean/cycle-compression initiatives, implement business system applications and warehouse/material-flow readiness, and operationalize material flow strategies (including kitting, sequencing, and a progress-based pull system). Partner with plant and SBU teams to design and simulate four-wall material flow and use ERP/MES/WMS and automation (e.g., AGV) to improve delivery, productivity, and inventory accuracy.
