Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with the General Manager and department managers to achieve auction sales and financial goals while maintaining efficient operations.
  • •Monitor and manage auction logistics and operations, including sale-day setup (VIN lists, run lists, and auctioneer announcements).
  • •Support forecasting and budgeting by partnering with the Controller and assisting with annual budget preparation from sales and expense data.
  • •Grow the business by actively seeking out new auction sales opportunities and maintaining customer relationships through communication and events.
  • •Foster employee communication, plan staffing levels, ensure transparency around wholesale vehicles with open recalls, and handle warranties/arbitration.

Key Requirements
