Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in product management, ideally in fintech, lending, embedded finance, or regulated financial services.
  • •Direct experience with consumer or commercial lending programs, including loan origination, underwriting workflows, and servicing lifecycles.
  • •Understanding of government-guaranteed lending programs (e.g., SBA 7(a), 504, USDA) and commercial lending products like working capital and equipment finance.
  • •Experience supporting or building fintech lending products, including partnerships with third-party originators, embedded lending platforms, or BaaS lending models.
  • •Comfort working with AI, APIs, automation tools, and modern product platforms.
