Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute the SEA marketing strategy aligned to commercial priorities, market opportunities, and Visa’s brand agenda.
  • •Drive business impact by prioritizing initiatives that improve revenue, transactions, payment volume, market share, PCE penetration, and merchant acceptance.
  • •Lead integrated client and market activation plans supporting client priorities, product platforms, sponsorship activation, and market development.
  • •Establish marketing performance measures for initiatives, assess effectiveness, and ensure investment is directed to campaigns with demonstrable impact.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop local marketing teams and agency partnerships; manage budgets, P&L, and compliance while negotiating and overseeing external partnerships.

Key Requirements

  • •Tertiary education required; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
  • •15+ years’ senior marketing experience with broader commercial or general management exposure in blue-chip FMCG, banking, financial services, payments, technology, or related industries.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading regional or multi-market marketing agendas across complex channels and client segments.
  • •Proven track record in agency leadership, integrated campaign development, brand management, marketing effectiveness, and delivering commercial growth.
  • •Strong business acumen, including managing budgets, investment prioritization, and P&L-related outcomes.
