Key Responsibilities

•Conduct final testing and commissioning of complex audio-visual systems during and after build.
•Read and interpret electronic schematics/architectural blueprints and review project scope of work for quality and completeness.
•Test point-to-point functionality and troubleshoot integrated systems, including AMX/Crestron and DSP.
•Field install control programs (AMX/Crestron) and support upload/download capability; write and make minor programming changes for DSP systems as directed.
•Configure IP addressable devices, fine-tune AV performance, provide client training, and complete documented punchlist/job documentation.
•Act as a customer liaison in the absence of the Project Manager and create/track/complete project punchlist items.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Proven business writing and professional communication with internal teams, clients, and colleagues.
•Ability to perform test and calibration, and support user acceptance testing.
•Strong troubleshooting skills for complex AV systems, including advanced signal flow for audio, video, and control.
•Working knowledge of IP networking and advanced PC proficiency.
•Minimum high school diploma (or equivalent) and ability to climb/work from ladders up to 35 feet, plus a valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR.
