Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer vehicle preparation, inspection booking, and vehicle movement for sale and display, including bodyshop or service locations.
  • •Ensure sales vehicle documentation is followed correctly and invoiced in the correct location system.
  • •Support sales after booking by guiding the sales team on process, AG Auto policies, and legal requirements.
  • •Manage registration and vehicle administration for demonstrators and courtesy vehicles, including de-registration at purchase/trade-in.
  • •Close work orders to create final invoices and manage logistical requirements including driver and valet processes.
