Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle raw materials (up to 55 lbs), transport from storage to dispensary, weigh as required, and add to the mixer per batch formula; load blenders, complete final packaging, sample per batch, inspect materials and finished goods, and safely palletize/store materials
  • •Work unsupervised across production areas and demonstrate advanced process knowledge
  • •Monitor, report, and document equipment failures; record deviations and corrective actions
  • •Report disturbances to supervisors and communicate production process adjustments/concerns
  • •Take samples of raw materials and finished goods for quality and analytical testing

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED; ability to lift, push, and pull up to 55 lbs; basic computer skills
  • •Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work unsupervised in production areas
  • •At least one year of manufacturing experience preferred
  • •Strong attention to detail; ability to follow batch formulas and maintain safety standards
  • •Willingness to wear PPE (including respirator) and comply with FDA safety requirements
