Key Responsibilities

  • •Process post-issue annuity transactions, including policy updates, financial adjustments, payment corrections/reversals, and check reissues.
  • •Research and resolve complex policy inquiries, discrepancies, and escalated servicing issues within established service standards.
  • •Review transactions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and company guidelines.
  • •Maintain detailed, audit-ready documentation of policy administration activities in the policy administration system and supporting applications.
  • •Partner with internal business units to resolve exceptions and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 45,000 - 60,000 annually
