Manage the employee lifecycle from hire to retire, including onboarding, promotions, transfers, documentation, and offboarding. Serve as a first point of contact for HR queries via phone, email, chat, and ticketing, ensuring accurate responses and timely escalations. Handle SuccessFactors transactions, monitor and approve self-service data changes, maintain data accuracy, and support payroll checks and data input for the assigned account.
