Job Summary

Lead technical sales toward contractors, construction companies, project developers, and infrastructure stakeholders across large, technically demanding projects. Own sales and budget responsibility for your customer portfolio and segment, and coach technical sales representatives toward shared goals. Operate in Western Sweden with selected national projects, build and develop the customer base, manage CRM/project follow-up, and deliver against KPIs while providing technical advice through the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

•Own sales toward contractors and other customer groups, identifying and driving the right projects from early stage through completion.
•Take personnel responsibility for technical sales representatives, focusing on coaching rather than administration.
•Provide operational engineering advisory and lead project sales in Western Sweden and selected national projects (including Norway/Denmark when needed).
•Build and maintain a customer base through active engagement, including contractors and project developers.
•Maintain structured CRM work with project follow-up and market monitoring, and manage quotations, negotiations, and contracts for major deliveries.

Key Requirements

•Established network in the construction and infrastructure sector (contractors, project developers, structural engineers, technical consultants).
•Documented project sales experience for major construction, industrial, or infrastructure projects, ideally with technically complex products or systems.
•Very good technical understanding, ideally with a background in construction engineering, structural engineering, prefabrication, concrete, or similar areas.
•Fluent Swedish and English (spoken and written), with system knowledge such as Excel and CRM/project databases.
•Driving license (Category B) and strong negotiation/customer service ability.
