Oversee maintenance activities for automation and production systems during your shift, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with maintenance regulations. Lead and coach your team, improve team dynamics, and support the in-house maintenance roadmap for warehouse equipment. Coordinate planned and unplanned repairs by managing service providers, identify issues, and bring improvement ideas to increase operational efficiency at the Barleben (Magdeburg) site.
