Deliver an elevated, personalized luxury shopping experience as a front-line ambassador. Meet personal and store sales goals through clienteling, cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations. •Represent Coach as a brand ambassador while following Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, fashion advice, and follow-up to close sales.
•Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting individual and team KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing/replenishment, visual merchandising, transactions (purchases/returns/exchanges/online pickups), and inventory cycles.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Ability to work at a fast pace and perform physical tasks such as lifting 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally), and maneuvering sales floor and stockroom.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background plus social media savvy, with experience in live-stream shopping/video demos and clienteling/data acquisition (preferred).
